This week Monk Made Beverage Company’s team will be participating in the sugar challenge to raise awareness on the negative impact of sugar. We are taking the sugar challenge as an experiment. We will be recording and discussing our sugar-free diets and results for the week. Our team members will see the effects of consuming no artificial sugar for five days. Also, our company will be posting on our social media accounts to spread the word about the challenge and about sugar awareness. We will even post facts about the consumption of sugar and its effects on people. For example, the average American consumes 150 to 170 pounds of refined sugars in one year! Spreading awareness on the prevention of consuming artificial sugar can change the lives of people for the better. Taking this action can improve the physical and emotional well-being of others. Participating in this challenge is hard for a lot of people. Sugar is a substance that is in almost every processed food we eat. Omitting sugar from your diet will drastically change the foods that you can eat.
